    • Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays or Indian national holidays.

  2. Shipping Charges

    • We offer free shipping across the Republic of India.

  3. Delivery Timeline

    • Shipments are typically delivered within 7-8 working days. However, delays may occur due to courier operational issues, and we appreciate your patience in such cases.

  4. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    • Shipping is limited to locations within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

    • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

  6. Damages and Loss During Shipping

    • Softrix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In such cases, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

    • If you received your order in a damaged condition, retain all packaging materials and items and reach out to the shipment carrier immediately.
