  1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange

    • Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

  2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Provide your order details, reason for the return or exchange, and supporting images if applicable.

  3. Processing of Returns and Exchanges

    • Upon approval, the return or exchange process will be initiated, and further instructions will be shared.

    • For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  4. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  5. Non-Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

    • Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
