    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

    • Refunds are applicable only for orders that are canceled within the allowed cancellation period or for defective products that cannot be replaced.

    • If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

  3. Replacement for Defective Products

    • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and images of the defect.

    • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided.

  4. Non-Refundable Items

    • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
